All sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be required to send photographic evidence of the damage. Once approved, we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement piece, at our discretion, and cover the return shipping costs. Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable. Please ensure that the piece is carefully inspected before purchase as we do not accept returns for ‘change of mind.

Packaging

Your 3x3 canvas will be carefully packaged in protective bubble wrap and placed inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent any damage during transit. The canvas will be shipped unframed unless otherwise specified.
