What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word "Reiki" translates to "universal life energy." As a Reiki practitioner I channel this energy through my hands, either directly on or just above the client's body, to facilitate the body's natural healing processes. This gentle, non-invasive practice can help to release energy blockages, balance the chakras, and promote a profound sense of calm and well-being. I recommend Reiki to rebalance your energy and connect more deeply with your energetic self.
What is EFT?
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a powerful tool for emotional healing and personal growth. Often called "tapping," this technique involves using your fingertips to tap on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on a particular issue or emotion. By stimulating these points, EFT helps to calm the Nervous system and release negative emotions, beliefs, and memories. It is a simple yet effective way to clear energetic blockages and create positive shifts in your life. I recommend this energetic work for those who have had specific traumatic events that need clearing to allow for optimal healing. At your first session we will do a lot of discussing to get to the root of the trauma, then I will guide you through the procedure so you can take the knowledge with and utilize EFT for yourself whenever you need it!
